I think you need an English version of Frontpage. :) Ok, just put in your picture, the normal way, then click on it. The Picture Toolbar should appear at the bottom of the screen. On there, there should be a rectangle, an ellipse, and a jaggy shape. Choose the rectangle, and draw an area on your image. It will then ask you what you want to link to. That's it. :)
