Dreamweaver and Photoshop are completely different programs. Photoshop is a graphics program that can be used to make simple web pages. Dreamweaver is a full featured web design application that can handle every aspect of web design including but not limited to html, dhtml, javascript, Flash and Shockwave and image importing and much much more. Be prepared to spend some time learning Dreamweaver, it's a very powerful and complex program, but believe me, it's worth it.
