Hi Ryan :) Yes, it's true that Frontpage doesn't make the best code, but in my opinion, it's not worth spending time just to save yourself a very small download time. (Probably less than a second). The best way to increase your site's download speed is to optimise the images. You can easily save yourself lots of seconds in this department.
