	Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 & Adobe Premiere Elements 7 - Full Elements is a pared-down version of Photoshop. Premiere Elements is for basic editing of video. If you want to do basic photo or video editing, or simple Photoshop work, this package is a good choice, simply because it's much cheaper than regular Photoshop. 	Adobe Photoshop CS4 - Full Has the full range of 2D image editing options. If you don't have a copy of Photoshop (or if you're using a trial or non-legit version), it's worth spending the money to buy the real thing. 	Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended - Full Has everything regular Photoshop CS4 has, plus a huge suite of new 3D tools. This is the one to get if you're serious about image editing. This is what I use. (Click image for more information.)	$999.00

Web Hosting

Once you've designed your website layout, and put your text in, you'll need some web space to put it on. Here are a couple of hosts I recommend.

	PowWeb This site is hosted on PowWeb web hosting, so I can definitely recommend them. They're currently offering a cheap plan to new signups, so the first twelve months only cost $3.88 per month, which is around half price. Visit PowWeb Web Hosting and have a look.	$3.88/mo
	FatCow I haven't used FatCow, so I can't personally vouch for this web host. However, it has more positive reviews, on web hosting forums, than any other host I can find. It offers everything that PowWeb does, at a lower price, and includes a free domain name. It also sells Canadian and UK domain names (.ca and .co.uk). If I had to switch hosts, I'd go to FatCow. Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 - Full

Dreamweaver is one of the most popular web editors at the moment. Because it's made by Adobe, it also looks and feels like Photoshop, and many Photoshop settings (such as Smart Objects) are recognised by Dreamweaver.
